After managing to kill my lovely but simple Bialetti espresso machine by putting in the dishwasher (DO NOT do that!), I fancied a different one this time, a couple of friends have this very shiny Alessi model so I thought I would give it a go. I like the simple clip on handle, feels nicer than the thread of the older Bialetti.

I used to have a Bialetti but I put it in the dish washer which pretty much killed it. I have now found out they do specify not dishwasher safe! Felt like a change this time around.
